Partnership between ISITCom and École Hexagone
As part of its international development, École Hexagone has signed an agreement with the Institut Supérieur d’Informatique et des Techniques de Communication of Sousse in Tunisia.
Under the impetus of Professor Ouajdi KORBAA, Director of ISITCom and Sébastien DHÉRINES, President of École Hexagone, the two institutions are coming together to promote their friendly relations and develop academic, scientific and cultural exchanges. Exchanges for students, teachers, instructors and researchers are planned.
These exchanges will take the form of joint participation in and organisation of events in Tunisia and France, as well as the setting up of joint projects.
The first notable event is the co-organisation of a cyber security competition of the Capture The Flag (CTF) type, which will take place on 18 and 19 March 2023 in Sousse, in which 10 teams of 7 players will participate. For the occasion, the CTF team of the Versailles Campus, trained by Commandant MALBEC, will come to Sousse. Conferences led by Tunisian and French specialists in the field will allow participants to discover new techniques.
ISITCom is attached to the University of Sousse, itself chaired by Professor Lotfi BELKACEM. Created in August 2001 by decree No. 1912/2001 of 14 August 2001, it had nearly 1200 students registered in 2021-22.
