The Deputy of the 1^st constituency of Yvelines (Versailles, Montigny-le-Bretonneux, Guyancourt), Mr. Didier BAICHÈRE, visited the École Hexagone Campus in Versailles.

Welcomed by Daniela ARMAS, Director of the Versailles Campus, Nicolas MALBEC, Director of the Cyberdefense Program, and Sébastien DHÉRINES, President, Mr. Deputy was able to observe the quality of the facilities offered to students, from the light-filled classrooms to the fully equipped FabLab.

In a very open discussion, Mr. BAICHÈRE reflected on the results of his work at the National Assembly on digital technology, and more specifically on Artificial Intelligence. For its part, École Hexagone reiterated the importance of a French digital sovereignty at a minimum in an unstable geopolitical context. Furthermore, Franco-European digital sovereignty would help sustain and create new high-value-added jobs in the region.
